Blessing Igwenagu earned a degree in Estate Management from the University of Jos, and also a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). She has experience in program management and Infrastructure Finance & PPP. She has proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients at all levels. She has excellent problem-solving ability, a good reputation for accurate attention to details, which has earned her a plus overtime.

After graduation, Blessing delved into her passion for humanitarian work by joining an NGO called Center for youth Participation Dialogue and Advocacy (CYPA) Africa, which focuses on youth participation in governance, where she served as the research assistant and program officer of the year.
She is dedicated to leaving her mark in the real estate industry, aiming to inspire the next generation of Estate Surveyors & Valuers through her passion, perseverance and innovative spirit, by joining the winning team of seasoned & talented Kunle Ogunfile Consulting. She draws inspiration from Abraham Lincoln’s words: “The strength of a nation lies in the homes of its people.”
